GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD., a leader in workplace safety and environmental compliance, is seeking a MOM-registered WSHO and NEA-certified Environmental Control Officer (ECO) to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards in Singapore’s bustling construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Safety Manager in overseeing compliance with statutory obligations, aerodrome safety standards, and Workplace Health & Safety Act regulations.

• Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Lead incident investigations (accidents/near-misses) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, authorities, and consultants to align project safety measures with legal and operational requirements.

• Develop and monitor Risk Management Implementation Plans (bizSAFE Level 2 or equivalent) to uphold safety management systems.

• Deliver daily reports on safety performance, environmental controls, and welfare initiatives.

Requirements:

• Valid MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) registration and NEA Environmental Control Officer (ECO) certification.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction, preferably with developer/main contractor exposure.

• Proven track record in executing Risk Management Plans (bizSAFE Level 2 certification required).

• Strong knowledge of Singapore’s safety legislation, including the Safety Management System (SMS).

• Excellent communication skills for liaising with teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
